Tasty Rewards Promotion (“Promotion”)

Official Rules (the “Rules”)

THE FOLLOWING PROMOTION IS INTENDED FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW. DO NOT ENTER UNLESS YOU ARE AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY IN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES AND A TASTY REWARDS MEMBER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, ENTRANT AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES, WHICH SHALL BE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, EVEN IF THE PROMOTION SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES HAVE BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND ENTRANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

1. ELIGIBILITY: This Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and 18 years of age (19 in AL or NE) or older at the time of entry, AND a Tasty Rewards (also known as Joy Rewards) member and have a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID. The following persons are not eligible to participate: Employees, contractors, directors and officers of Pepsi-Cola Company, Frito-Lay, Inc. (“Sponsor”), their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, distributors, Web design, advertising, fulfillment, judging and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment and execution of this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Parties”), including its affiliates and agents, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and/or “step”) of each and those living in their same households (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on 
December 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 26, 2026 (“Promotion Period”) and consists of thirteen (13) separate, independent entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period contains four (4) weekly entry periods. Weekly Drawings and Entry Period Drawings will be held; each Weekly Entry Period closes at midnight the day before its drawing, as detailed in Section 4 (e.g., the first Weekly Entry Period ends at midnight on January 3, 2026 for the January 4, 2026 drawing). The time clock of computer administering this Promotion is the official clock for this Promotion.

(i) Entry Period One: begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 28, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on January 24, 2026; 

(ii) Entry Period Two: begins at 12:00 AM ET on January 25, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on February 21, 2026; 

(iii) Entry Period Three: begins at 12:00 AM ET on February 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on March 21, 2026;

(iv) Entry Period Four: begins at 12:00 AM ET on March 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on April 18, 2026;

(v) Entry Period Five: begins at 12:00 AM ET on April 19, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 16, 2026;

(vi) Entry Period Six: begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 13, 2026;

(vii) Entry Period Seven: begins at 12:00 AM ET on June 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 11, 2026;

(viii) Entry Period Eight: begins at 12:00 AM ET on July 12, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on August 8, 2026;

(ix) Entry Period Nine: begins at 12:00 AM ET on August 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on September 5, 2026;

(x) Entry Period Ten: begins at 12:00 AM ET on September 6, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 3, 2026;

(xi) Entry Period Eleven: begins at 12:00 AM ET on October 4, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on October 31, 2026;

(xii) Entry Period Twelve: begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on November 28, 2026; and

(xiii) Entry Period Thirteen: begins at 12:00 AM ET on November 29, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 26, 2026.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, an eligible entrant will be able to access the Promotion through their homepage and account (“Account”) dropdown on tastyrewards.com or Us-Joy.com (each the “Website”). Upon signing into their Tasty Rewards/Joy Rewards Account an eligible entrant may collect entries by completing one or more of the activities (each an “Activity”) as indicated in their “My Activities” page. Upon completing an Activity, entrants will receive the applicable number of entries as set forth in the “My Activities” page (“Entries” and/or “Entry Points”). All entrants must have a valid email address.

Entrants may use or bank Entries or Entry Points. Entrants may choose to designate one or more Entry Points into the corresponding Entry Period’s random drawing for a chance to win a prize assigned to that Entry Period (See Sections 4 and 5 below) or bank Entry Points and save them to use at a later time. If you do not wish to use an Entry Point to enter a drawing, Entry Points will remain in your Account until you choose to enter a drawing or until Entry Points expire. Unused Entry Points will expire after 12 months of no activity in your Account or 12 months following the date on which you completed an Activity, earned an Entry Point, but did not use it for a particular drawing (any unused Entry Points remaining in an Account after that time will be forfeited). Entry Points have no cash value, may not be transferred to a third party and may not be aggregated from multiple Accounts. Unexpired Entry Points collected and not used for this Promotion may be eligible for future Tasty Rewards drawings, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry Points submitted and used in a selected Entry Period’s drawing will not carry-over into subsequent Entry Period drawings and will be void. By submitting an entry into a drawing, you confirm that you are eligible to participate according to these Rules. Multiple Entry Periods apply. When logged onto your Account you can check your Account details for Entry Point balances and details. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to the Promotion, Entry Points, Account balances and transactions are final and binding and non-appealable in all respects. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. No mechanically reproduced, altered or forged Entries are permitted.

Each submission must be manually key stroked and/or manually entered by the individual entrant; automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of Entries (including but not limited to Entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related email addresses/IP addresses may be blocked. Additionally, use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, and/or the manipulation of such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of Entry Points, Entries, and/or prizes, is prohibited and such persons will be disqualified and all Entries shall be deemed invalid and any prize won shall be forfeited, as determined in the sole discretion by the Sponsor.

4. PRIZE DRAWINGS: On or about each date indicated in the chart below, Sponsor’s representatives, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Promotion, will randomly select for each respective Entry Period the number of prize winners for the prize(s) indicated in the chart below from all eligible Entries received for each respective Entry Period. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received for a given drawing.

5. PRIZE DETAILS: The total of all prizes are listed as follows: Prize Quantity / Prize Description / Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize. The prize and the quantity of prizes awarded for each respective Entry Period are indicated in the chart in Section 4.

Four (4) $1,000 cash prize, awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to winner. ARV: $1,000 each.

Four (4) $2,500 cash prize, awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to winner. ARV: $2,500 each.

Four (4) $10,000 cash prize, awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer payable to winner. ARV: $10,000 each.

One Thousand Three Hundred and Four (1,304) $25 gift cards. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer. ARV: $25 each. Gift card type shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Eighty (80) $50 gift cards. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer. ARV: $50 each. Gift card type shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Fifty (50) $100 gift cards. Gift cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer. ARV: $100 each. Gift card type shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Fifty-Six (56) $500 gift cards. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by the issuer. ARV: $500 each. Gift card type shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Twenty-Two (22) $500 gift cards (FIFA). Gift cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer. ARV: $500 each. Gift card type shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Two (2) $1,500 Holiday Bundles. Items to be specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV $1,500 each.

Two (2) New Year Wellness bundles. Items to be specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV $1,000 each.

Two (2) Back-To-School bundles. Items to be specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV $1,000 each

Two (2) Spring bundles. Items to be specified by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV $1,000 each

Total ARV of all prizes: $143,600.

6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASE: No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or Promotion Parties resulting from entrant's participation in or attempt to participate in the Promotion or ability or inability to upload or download any information in connection with the Promotion. No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Sponsor or the Promotion Parties for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of the Promotion: Hardware or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic or Internet connectivity or other online or network communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet providers, servers, hosts or other providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any online transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted transmissions; inaccessibility of the Web Site in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or Web Site; unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, or worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of an email account used in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on the Web Site. Use of Web Site is at user’s own risk. Sponsor and Promotion Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Promotion. In the event of an identity dispute, the Entry will be considered made by the registered owner of the email address associated with the account used for entry. “Registered owner” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. The entrants and winners acknowledge that Promotion Parties have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers’ terms therefore, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THE FOREGOING PARAGRAPHS SHALL NOT APPLY TO A RESIDENT OF NEW JERSEY TO THE EXTENT DAMAGES TO SUCH NEW JERSEY RESIDENT ARE THE RESULT OF SPONSOR OR PROMOTION PARTIES’ NEGLIGENT, FRAUDULENT OR RECKLESS ACT(S) OR INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail within five (5) days of the drawing. Prize winners will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, Publicity Release within five (5) days of prize notification via email and/or overnight mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's email address, mailing address and/or telephone number. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if any required documents are not returned within the required number of days, if winner cannot be verified, or if winner is otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize may be forfeited. Gift card and cash prizes will be shipped within six (6) weeks of winner verification. Merchandise prizes will be shipped within ten (10) weeks of winner verification. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further liability to award that prize.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree (a) to release Sponsor and Promotion Parties, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages or liabilities arising from or relating to such entrant's participation in the Promotion; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and all entrants hereby further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Winners shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize and/or prize documentation after it has been delivered. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor, except manufacturer’s standard written warranty included in the prize packaging, if any. By accepting a prize, recipients (a) agree that Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by winner against, any liability for death, injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Promotion; from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize, including travel thereto and (b) grant (and agree to confirm grant in writing promptly upon request) to Sponsor and its designees and assigns the right to use his/her name, photograph, likeness, voice, image, statements, biographical information at any time or times, for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including the Internet without review, notification or approval, and additional compensation or consideration, unless prohibited by law. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Promotion (including any prize) is canceled due to pandemics or epidemics, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis including quarantine measures of any government authority or other restrictions, weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, or any other condition beyond their control (a “Force Majeure Event”).

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS/DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, are used and will receive an IRS Form 1099 if the total value of the prize is over $2,000. No substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. No transfer of prize is permitted. If a prize, or any portion thereof, cannot be awarded for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (a) disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the Entry Point or Promotion entry process, and (b) cancel, terminate, suspend, postpone, delay or modify the Promotion in whole or in part, including without limitation, any means of entry or redemption, at any time, including but not limited to, any occurrences described in Section 6 above, or any other causes which may corrupt or impair the integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion, or if Sponsor determines that more prize claims are submitted and/or more prize notices are distributed than the number of prizes offered in these Rules. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to randomly award any remaining prizes (up to the total set forth in these Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor, such as by way of example and not by way of limitation, in a random drawing from among the eligible Entries received up to the time of the impairment, and Sponsor and Promotion Parties shall not have any further liability to any entrant in connection with the Promotion. Sponsor may modify and amend these Rules as they appear online from time to time during the Promotion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in Texas, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award is final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in Texas. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Collin or Dallas counties, Texas. For purposes of the Promotion, an entrant’s residential address and e-mail address will be the physical address and e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Entrants will not be allowed to change their physical address or e-mail address. If it is discovered or suspected that an entrant has registered or attempted to register for the Promotion using multiple e-mail addresses or multiple identities, all of that entrant’s Entry Points (as defined above) and Entries associated with that household (determined by Sponsor and/or its administrator in its sole discretion) may be disqualified and any prize an entrant might have been entitled to win will not be awarded any may be revoked. Use of any automated system or any like methods to participate in the Promotion is prohibited and will result in disqualification of any entrant attempting such use.

LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. ENTRY INFORMATION AND PROMOTION COMMUNICATIONS: As a condition of participating in the Promotion, each entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information entrant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with entrant in relation to this Promotion or on a Promotion Winner’s list. By participating in the Promotion, entrant agrees to all of the terms and conditions of the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://contact.pepsico.com/FritoLay/privacy-policy. Additionally, any communication between entrant and Sponsor or its agencies regarding this Promotion (e.g. phone calls, text messages, chats, email, etc.) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
