BY SUBMITTING AN ENTRY TO THIS PROMOTION DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION AND PARTICIPANTS WAIVE THE ABILITY TO BRING CLAIMS IN A CLASS ACTION FORMAT.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (19 in AL and NE) or older with a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry. The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a Prize: officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of Frito-Lay, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliates and if applicable, their advertising or promotion agencies (including The Marketing Arm, Genesco Sports Enterprises, Inc., and Southern Made Services, LLC.), NFL Enterprises LLC, The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies program prize suppliers, any other companies engaged in the development, production, or distribution of materials for the Promotion (hereinafter, collectively, “Released Parties”), , and members of each of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, and spouse or "step" of each) and those living in the same household of each such person (those persons whether related or not who live in the same residence for at least three months during the twelve-month period preceding the start date of the Promotion).

PROMOTION PERIOD: The Frito-Lay® Gameday Experiences Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) begins 12:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (“CT”) on August 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on December 6, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion will be broken out into seventeen (17) separate entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 p.m. CT and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on the respective Start and End dates listed below.

By participating, entrants (“Entrants”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding and final on matters relating to this Promotion. The website server is the official clock for this Promotion. Limit one (1) prize per household.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to participate in the Promotion:

1) Website: Scan the code on POS or packaging or visit tostitosgamedayexperiences.com (the “Website”) and create an account or log into your account (“Account”) and complete the online registration form which includes Entrant’s first name, last name, email address, zip code, date of birth, and phone number. Entrant to select the designated NFL team (“Team”) they want to enter from a drop down. Entrant will then add a participating product (“Participating Product”) UPC code (“Product Code”) to obtain one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the designated Grand Prize (defined below), Entry Period Prize (defined below), and 1st Prize (defined below) Drawing. See Appendix for Participating Products. There is a limit of one (1) Account per person/email address. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per household per day. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 a.m. CT and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT except for the first day which starts at 12:00 p.m. CT.

Considerations:

• Entrants will also be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from the Sponsor. Entrants are not required to opt-in. By registering and agreeing to the Official Rules, an Entrant also allows Sponsor to send program-specific emails.
• If you enter a non-Participating Product Code, you will receive an error message and be prompted to try again with a Participating Product. Not all products and package sizes are available at all retailers.

2) Alternate Method of Entry: To receive an Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) code via email for Entry without purchasing or entering a valid Product Code from a Participating Product, visit TostitosGamedayExperiences.com and submit full name, email address, zip code, date of birth, and phone number.

All Entries shall be deemed to be submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used to register for the Promotion. “Authorized Account Holder” of an email is the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. You may only participate in the Promotion using an email address for which you are the Authorized Account Holder. An eligible prize winner may be required to provide proof that they are the Authorized Account Holder associated with the selected email address. By submitting an email address to enter the Promotion, you represent and warrant that you are the Authorized Account Holder. If a dispute arises regarding who submitted an online entry, the game Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the email address provided at time of registration. Standard data rates may apply if the Website is accessed via a mobile device, and Entrants are solely responsible for any such charges.

Entrants using any other device or artifice to enter multiple times above the stated limit or as multiple entrants will be disqualified. Entries, generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means are prohibited and will be disqualified. Any incomplete, misdirected or postage due mail-in requests will be considered ineligible. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.

Entries are void if not obtained or submitted in accordance with these Official Rules or are obtained in another method which we determine, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, is in violation of these Official Rules.

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING (“DRAWING”) AND ODDS OF WINNING: Drawing will be conducted by a Sponsor’s representative, from all eligible Entries received by each Entry Period deadline listed in the chart above. Odds of winning a prize (“Prize”) depends on the number of Entries received during each Entry Period. Winners (“Winners”) will be randomly selected by the Administrator or a Sponsor representative and will be notified via email. There are multiple Potential Winners per Entry Period (see Prize details below). The Sponsor and Sponsor representative decisions shall be final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Game Tickets Prize Conditions: Game is subject to availability, change, and/or cancellation. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for a canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled Game. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to, terms regarding Game rescheduling or cancellation. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of Game delay, postponement, or cancellation. If Winner cannot attend the Game on the date specified, prize shall be forfeited, and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such individual. Tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket. Seating assignments are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. A minor child may accompany Winner as a Guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the Winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during the Game by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Winner and their Guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Game. Sponsor and the NFL Entities (defined below) are not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of any transportation delay or in the event Winner and/or a Guest is late to the Game (through no fault of Sponsor or due to Force Majeure Event).

Resale of Game tickets is strictly prohibited. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture. Winner and Guest must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. Ticket redemption may require a mobile ticketing app and is subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Winner may be required to provide a valid email address, download the applicable mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticket app. WiFi provided at most venues. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL game/event/exhibition or for cash. The Sponsor and NFL Entities reserve the right to revoke the full or partial prize from any Winner or Guest who the Sponsor, NFL Entities or venue personnel deem in any of their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue or NFL policy or law, fail to comply with the NFL’s (or its designee’s) health and safety protocols, or bring any of the Released Parties into disrepute. For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL event or for cash. Winner agrees that acceptance of the prize and use of the prize by Winner and their Guest is done so entirely at their own initiative, risk, and responsibility.

Prize Trip Conditions: A minor child may accompany Winner as a Guest only if minor’s parent or legal guardian is the Winner. Minor must be accompanied at all times during all prize-related events by minor’s parent or legal guardian. Once the Guest is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The Guest (or their parent or legal guardian if Guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Travel Release prior to Sponsor’s designated travel agency making travel arrangements. All travel and prize-related events are subject to availability, change and restrictions. Selection of airport, airline and hotel are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Selection of seating on flights are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. If Winner resides within 250 miles of the destination city, the Sponsor will award $200.00 (payable to Winner in the form of a check) in lieu of air transportation. Winner will be required to provide a credit card prior to hotel check-in and is solely responsible for all incidental charges and may be required to sign an additional liability release for the use of the accommodations. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled prize-related events (including, but not limited to airline flights) or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, prize providers or any other persons providing any prize-related services or accommodations beyond its control. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor is not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the prize or for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation or delay. Sponsor is not responsible and will have no liability if the Winner and/or their Guest is, for any reason, not permitted to travel by the relevant airport authorities or misses a flight or other travel element or redeem any other prize element. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Winner and Guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., Real ID or passport) required for travel within the United States. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the prize at any time and send Winner and their Guest home immediately if Winner and/or their Guest engages in behavior that is illegal or is non-sportsmanlike or disruptive, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any time during the trip. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in travel and that these risks may be present before, during and after the trip.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Prizes consist only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements are included in the Prize and any such expenses in connection with the use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of each Winner. The ARV of Entry Period Prizes and 1st Prizes are based on current ARV at the time the Official Rules were published. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state, local sales and income taxes and any costs, expense(s), or fees whatsoever in connection with the Prize not specifically provided herein. In the event that, for reasons beyond their control and not related to the Winner, the Sponsor is unable to award any Prize as described in these Official Rules (including if the designated Prize should become unavailable for any reason), the Sponsor may substitute the Prize with another Prize of similar nature and equal or greater value at its sole discretion. The Prize is non-assignable and non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any difference between the ARV of any Prize stated and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. If a selected Winner is unable to accept a Prize in its entirety for any reason, the Prize (or that portion of the Prize) may be forfeited. All potential Winners are subject to verification by the Sponsor and the Administrator whose decisions are final and binding. No compensation will be paid in lieu of a Prize or in the event that the Prize has been forfeited for any reason stated in these Official Rules. Released Parties shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding any Prize for any reason. By participating in this Promotion or submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees: (I) to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, (ii) to allow Sponsor to send program specific emails, and (iii) to release and hold the Sponsor, and Released Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, losses and liability that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use of any Prize or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

Prizes will be emailed to the email provided at registration or mailed to the mailing address provided during verification. Physical Prizes may take 6-8 weeks. Sponsor makes no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, safety, or performance of any prize. Winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered.

TRAVEL CONDITIONS: If a Winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her Prize with no Guest, only the applicable portion of the Prize will be awarded to Winner, and any remainder of the Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation. All elements of the Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation. Air or ground transportation and hotel accommodation (collectively “Travel”) arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice at least seven (7) days prior to travel unless otherwise stated for an Entry Period Prize. Guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or Winner must be parent or legal guardian of Guest. Specific travel dates and arrangements are subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other Prize and travel restrictions. Reservations are subject to availability. Travel dates are subject to Sponsor or a third party’s approval. The maximum value of the Prize set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum ARV. The actual fair market value, as ultimately determined by the Sponsor, cannot be challenged, or appealed. The Winner will receive from the Administrator an IRS Form 1099 (or similar) in the amount of the Prize. ARV of Prize may vary depending upon the points of departure, and/or airline fare fluctuations; any difference between stated ARV and final ARV of Prize will not be awarded. Prize consists only of the elements expressly set forth above; no other elements or expenses (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, unspecified ground transportation, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, gasoline, car rental, etc.) are included in the Prize and all such additional expenses are the sole responsibility of Winner. Once issued, travel tickets are nontransferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued, and stopovers are not permitted. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator or Sponsor’s representative. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of accommodation check-in to cover incidentals. Consumption of alcoholic beverages as part of Prize package is at Winner’s discretion. Winner and Guest may be responsible for obtaining the necessary passport, as well as any other requirements needed for the destination. Winner and Guest will depart from a major commercial airport near Winner’s home (as determined by the Sponsor’s representative in its sole discretion) to a major commercial airport near the game location. Winner and Guest will share a single room, double occupancy, room and tax only. Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary. Selection of hotel and airline are at Sponsor’s representative’s sole discretion.

Winner and Guest irrevocably waive all claims against the Released Parties, and agree that they will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Promotion, the Prize awarded, personal injury, or wrongful death, a potentially heightened risk of exposure to communicable diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses (including, without limitation, COVID-19) and the causes thereof, and sickness arising as a result of entrant’s participating in the Promotion and related activities (e.g., travel), wherever, whenever or however the same may occur. Winner and Guest must abide by all applicable federal, state, local and venue COVID-19 guidelines while traveling and in attendance at the prize event. Winner and Guest fully understand that (a) the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 and any resulting disease (together with any mutation, adaptation or variation thereof, “COVID-19”) is extremely contagious and there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any place where people are or have been present; (b) no precautions, including any protocols that will be implemented from time to time by the Released Parties (collectively, the “Protocols”), can eliminate the risk of exposure to COVID-19; (c) while people of all ages and health conditions have been adversely affected by COVID-19, certain people have been identified by public health authorities as having greater risk based on age and/or underlying medical conditions; and (d) exposure to COVID-19 can result in being subject to quarantine requirements, illness, disability, other short-term and long-term health effects, and/or death, regardless of age or health condition. Winner and Guest will accept the Prize and travel at their own risk.

If Sponsor so elects in its sole discretion, Winner and their Guest may be required to submit to a confidential background check to ensure that (a) they will not bring the Sponsor into public disrepute, contempt, scandal, or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor, and (b) they will adhere to any and all Protocols. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify Winner based on the results of the background check. If requested, Winner must sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information or prize may be forfeited.

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM: Winners are subject to verification. Winners will be notified via email using the email address supplied during registration based on the Drawing Dates schedule in the chart above. The potential Winners will have 48-hours from when they receive notification to respond and return email with their acceptance of the Prize. Upon the acceptance, the potential Winner may be sent Winner documents via email and will be required to verify his/her/their eligibility by completing, signing, and returning an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release. Winners will also need to complete and sign an IRS W-9 Form by email by the date indicated on the documents. Failure to provide all required information, and a signature on the documents will result in forfeiture of the Winner’s right to claim a Prize and may be awarded to an alternate Winner.

All costs and expenses associated with a Prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of the Winners. Any Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential Winner may be contacted if: (1) a Prize notification is returned as undeliverable; (2) if any required response (including email response) is not received within the required time period for any reason; (3) if any Prize Claim Forms or Winner verification materials are not returned within the required time period; or (4) if any potential Winner is determined to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor and Released Parties are not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. Sponsor is not required to make more than one attempt to notify any individual potential Winner; nor is Sponsor required to make more than one attempt to verify an alternative Winner if the first selected potential Winner is disqualified. If an insufficient number of qualified Entries are received, Prizes may not be awarded. Prizes that are unclaimed, unredeemed, or returned as undeliverable will not be awarded.

Taxes: Grand Prize Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the Prize and will be issued an IRS Form 1099 reporting the value of any Prize valued $2,000 or over. Winners are responsible for paying taxes on the full ARV of the Prize awarded to them.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: INTERNET CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. If the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including without limitation, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is responsible or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, modify, or terminate the Promotion. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, any portion of the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason, or the integrity and/or feasibility of the Promotion is severely undermined by any event beyond the control of Sponsor, including but not limited to fire, flood, health pandemic or epidemic, earthquake, explosion, extreme weather conditions, interruptions in air travel, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, infection by computer virus, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or other cause not reasonably within the control of Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion without any further obligation. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will award the Prize(s) for the Promotion Drawing(s) at issue in random drawing(s) from among all valid and eligible entries received for the applicable Drawing(s) up to the time of such cancellation, provided a sufficient number of entries are received. In no event will more than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded. In the event that an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or destroyed, the entrant’s sole remedy shall be another entry into the Promotion.

Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical errors in the announcement of the Prize or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on promotional materials or on the Website or App. Use of any Website or Application is at user’s own risk. Released Parties are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage or any other losses of any kind that may be sustained to user's or any other person's computer equipment resulting from participation in the Promotion, use of any Website or Application or the download of any information from a website or any other loss related to user’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any Prize. BINDING ARBITRATION: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. The parties each agree to finally settle all disputes only through arbitration; provided, however, the Sponsor shall be entitled to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the state and federal courts in the State of Texas, and any other court with jurisdiction over the parties. In arbitration, there is no judge or jury, and review is limited. The arbitrator’s decision and award are final and binding, with limited exceptions, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction. The parties agree that, except as set forth above, any claim, suit, action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved solely by binding arbitration before a sole arbitrator under the streamlined Arbitration Rules Procedures of JAMS Inc. (“JAMS”) or any successor to JAMS. In the event JAMS is unwilling or unable to set a hearing date within fourteen (14) days of the filing of a “Demand for Arbitration”, then either party can elect to have the arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) or any other mutually agreeable arbitration administration service. If an in-person hearing is required, then it will take place in the State of Texas. The federal or state law that applies to these Official Rules will also apply during the arbitration. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis and will not be consolidated with any other proceedings that involve any claims or controversy of another party, including any class actions; provided, however, if for any reason any court or arbitrator holds that this restriction is unconscionable or unenforceable, then the agreement to arbitrate doesn’t apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Texas. Sponsor agrees to pay the administrative and arbitrator’s fees in order to conduct the arbitration (but specifically excluding any travel or other costs of entrant to attend the arbitration hearing). Either party may, notwithstanding this provision, bring qualifying claims in small claims court. This Promotion is offered only in the United States and is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Collin or Dallas counties, Texas. THE ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES PURSUANT TO THIS PARAGRAPH SHALL BE IN THE ENTRANT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE OR JOIN THE CLAIMS OF OTHER PERSONS OR PARTIES WHO MAY BE SIMILARLY SITUATED. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, EACH ENTRANT AGREES THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (1) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION, OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED, WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (3) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES, AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (4) ENTRANT'S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. PUBLICITY: Submission of an entry, including any Prize notification documents (“Entrant Data”), constitutes your consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your Entrant Data for Promotion administration purposes and shall be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://contact.pepsico.com/fritolay/privacy-policy. At the time of entry, Entrant may be given the opportunity to opt-in to receive further communications from the NFL Entities. Each Winner also hereby expressly grants to the Released Parties, their Prize suppliers, and their respective designees and assigns all rights to use and publish his/her/their name, likeness (photographic or simulated), voice, and city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and the contents of the Entry for all purposes, including without limitation, advertising, marketing, promotional and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion (“Advertising”), in any and all media now or hereafter devised, worldwide in perpetuity, without any form of notice or any amount or kind of compensation or where prohibited by applicable law. If you are selected as a Winner, your information may also be included in a publicly available Winners’ list and listed on social media sites as set forth above. All copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights in such Advertising shall be owned by Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each Winner hereby disclaims and waives any claim of right to such Advertising. Such Advertising shall be solely under the control of Sponsor and/or its licensors, and each Winner hereby waives any claim of control over the Advertising content as well as any possible claims of misuse of such Winner’s name, likeness or voice under contract, tort, or any other theory of law. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures and other statements contained in any Promotion materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control.

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these official rules, Entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules thereof By entering, Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state, and local courts located in Collin or Dallas County, Texas for the resolution of all matters or proceedings which are not subject to arbitration as set forth in the Binding Arbitration clause of these Official Rules and agree that any and all such disputes shall be resolved exclusively in those courts. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
